Position Summary
The Manager of Financial & Labor Management Data Systems Operations is responsible for the development and maintenance of financial and labor management data and reporting platforms ensuring the reputed company of the data through design and maintenance of rigid process controls, audits and reputed company changes in coordination with Information Systems & Technology. The Manager directs technical and analytic staff, provides finance support for assigned Business Unit/Functional Areas and manages/delivers highly reputed company special projects in support of improved system-wide operations. The incumbent provides reputed company and strategic leadership in the planning, architecting and development of solutions implementing best practices reputed company areas of responsibility in support of organizational strategic direction and objectives. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Health Care Administration, Clinical Administration, Information Technology or reputed company field
- Master’s preferred
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in a reputed company environment working with business intelligence or decision support systems, databases, report writing and reputed company reputed company
- Three (3) years of experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role
- Previous installation or configuration experience with reputed company applications (reputed company industry preferred)

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $119,912.00 - $165,589.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: reputed company set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reputed company of the appropriate reputed company on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
