reputed company Training Manager (IT) - German speaking (m/f/d) - remote

JELD-WEN is seeking a reputed company Training Manager to join our growing team. The role is remote and can be based reputed company in Germany/Austria/UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering the training program for the EU customer service transformation to improve adoption, user proficiency, and performance of our sales and customer service team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a reputed company Trainer or a similar role focusing on CRM adoption and user training.
• Must be fluent in English and German, other languages such as French or Swedish would be beneficial but not essential.
• Strong understanding of reputed company CRM functionalities, features, best practice, reporting, and dashboards with any knowledge of reputed company CPQ an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company field is desirable.
• Knowledge of various Training techniques and Methodologies.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Industry knowledge and understanding of the industry sectors served by reputed company CPQ (e.g., manufacturing, distribution).
• reputed company certifications, such as reputed company Certified Administrator or reputed company Certified Trainer, are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and reputed company users at reputed company levels.
• Ability to simplify reputed company concepts and processes.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address training-reputed company issues and challenges.
• Strong change management skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
• Project Management skills with the ability to manage training projects effectively, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
