Employment Lawyer

reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Employment Lawyer to join its Legal Department. The Employment Lawyer will ensure compliance with employment law requirements and provide legal guidance on employment-reputed company matters.

Requirements

• Mater of Laws from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in one from the European Union Jurisdictions.
• 3 to 5 years of experience practicing employment law, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings.
• Previous experience in managing the relationships with external reputed company.
• Ability to manage the workload independently.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of reputed company, professionalism, and discretion.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and reputed company results without constant supervision in a remote environment.
• Experience in providing support to senior staff.
• Understanding and capability to work in a cross-cultural working environment.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to identify, focus and prioritise key legal/compliance matters.
• International reputed company and experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Fluent English-speaking skills.
• IT literacy, including reputed company Office experience.
