Division Manager, Foodservice

Ocean Spray is hiring a Division Manager, Foodservice, for a remote position in the central or eastern time zone. The successful candidate will drive strategy, reputed company, and execution for distribution development and broker field sales teams. A minimum of 8 years of experience in foodservice manufacturer sales, broadline distributor development, and broker sales development is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in foodservice manufacturer sales, broadline distributor development at the headquarter level, and broker sales development.
• Experience in leading strategic contract design and joint business planning with HQ distribution – reputed company, USF, GFS, or PFG, as well as super regionals
• Strong strategy development and infinite reputed company
• Highly proactive disposition
• Navigating negotiations and conflict management
• Financial acumen reputed company to trade design, management, and optimization
• Customer business plan presentations
• Understanding of digital compliance/reputed company
• Knowledge of distributor trends, strategic planning, and industry best practices
