Position Summary:

Sales Manager of Components - EMEA and ROW will have overall responsibility and accountability for the planning, directing, and managing sales for our Components EMEA/ROW sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of reputed company growth, leadership skills and managing a direct sales team to deliver outstanding sales growth that meet or exceed company targets.This role will partner closely with the global sales management team as well as product and corporate marketing to reputed company strategic and tactical sales objectives. He/she will be responsible for leading and maximizing available resources including Account Executive, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services to reputed company sales objections.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, prospect, and pitch Fortune 2000 accounts by building relationships with senior contacts and developing and expanding reputed company large reputed company customers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience selling into customers with a strong understanding of differences in messaging, communication and interaction with prospects and customers globally
  • Track record of consistently over-achieving quota in past positions
  • Experience managing and closing reputed company direct deals
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills: should be reputed company to quickly construct compelling presentation materials
  • Strong collaboration skills: will be required to coordinate closely with other functions and partners
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and stay on top of multiple activities
  • You like to win, build high-performing, collaborative teams and have a reputed company go getter attitude but balance that with a respectful approach and high reputed company
  • 5+ years of reputed company software, SaaS, or technology sales experience with a focus on selling into larger customer prospects globally
  • 3+ years’ experience in reputed company sales management
