SMTS/Staff (Backend Engineer)
Platform9 is seeking an reputed company Software Engineer to join its team working on reputed company-native product suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, have worked on reputed company-native technologies, and have a willingness to learn new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or reputed company field.
- Experience with programming in Python, Golang (preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in a software development role.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Prior experience with OpenStack/DevStack is also a plus.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals with willingness to learn and build products in the reputed company computing and virtualization space.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
- Developing distributed systems and SaaS products.
- Should be conversant with essentials of data networking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Being a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
