Billing Technician
Veolia Water is seeking a Billing Technician to ensure accurate customer billing and communication. The successful candidate will work on controlling, processing, and updating billing elements, as well as interacting with customers and producing reports. The role requires a strong appreciation for numbers, customer service skills, and ability to work accurately and reputed company.
Requirements
- A level BAC+3 degree in financial culture
- Significant appreciation for numbers
- Ease with customer journeys (consumers and municipalities)
- Knowledge of service reputed company
- Mastery of rules and concepts of tariffing, billing, and reversement
