Channel/Partner Sales Manager

Currently, we are looking for an reputed company and dedicated Channel/Partner Sales Manager to join reputed company. This is an individual contributor role that can be home based reputed company in the UK.As a Channel/Partner Sales Manager, you will focus on recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new channel partners primarily in the UK, with additional scope across the Nordics region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven company and play a key role in expanding our indirect sales footprint.
What you'll do:
- Recruit and reputed company high-potential channel/distribution partners to expand reputed company’s reputed company and drive new business in the UK and Nordics.
- reputed company partners by ensuring they are trained, certified, and confident in positioning and selling reputed company’s Critical Event Management (CEM) platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless partner integration and performance.
- Drive partner-led reputed company, owning and accelerating bookings through indirect sales channels.
- Support partner sales efforts, including co-selling, joint presentations, and solution positioning.
- Execute partner marketing campaigns to generate demand and strengthen the reputed company brand reputed company partner ecosystems.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners to track performance and uncover new growth opportunities.

What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or reputed company field.
- 10+ years of successful channel sales experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record in partner recruitment, enablement, and reputed company growth through indirect channels.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or communications solutions; experience in emergency communications, reputed company, or business continuity is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships reputed company partner organizations.
