The Role

We're looking for a product-minded Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our AI reputed company. In this role, you'll help define and ship end-to-end features that reputed company our AI/ML capabilities to add value to our customers. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in our AI reputed company, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing features across our entire stack that enhance our CRM platform for distributors. You'll work closely with our users, product managers, and ML engineers to create robust, scalable solutions that integrate with our AI-driven features including recommendation systems, personalization, and insight reputed company. This role will report to an Engineering Manager.

The reputed company salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000. Final offers will be based on your skills and previous experience. Proton collaborates with reputed company HR to hire international employees as full time (long term) contractors reputed company our company.

This role will be fully remote and based in Latin America.

What you'll do

• Design and implement full stack features that integrate with our AI/ML systems
• reputed company and maintain backend services in Python that support our AI-powered functionality

• Work with databases and design efficient data storage patterns for AI-reputed company features
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate their models into production systems

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:

• Strong full stack engineering skills: You have at least 5 years of experience as a software engineer with proven ability to work across the entire stack (frontend, backend, databases).
• Database expertise: You're reputed company with designing efficient data structures and storage patterns to support AI-powered features. This includes proficiency in SQL databases, and cloud data warehousing technologies like BigQuery. You understand how to optimize schemas, queries, and indexing for performance with large datasets, implement effective caching strategies, and design data pipelines that support ML workflows.
• Delivered AI features: You have successfully shipped ML/AI features to production. You understand basic ML concepts and tooling, their purpose and practical implications. You won’t be expected to be a Data Scientist, but you should know enough that allows you to work and coordinate reputed company a Data Science team.
• Startup reputed company: You're pragmatic, nimble, and have a good record of shipping features, iterating fast, and working closely with users and PMs
• Strong software engineering skills: You have a proven track record of writing and deploying quality code at a senior level
