Role Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on Creative Director who can reputed company up cinematic brand moments and shape the in-product reputed company experiences that drive reputed company emotional and behavioral change. You’ll partner with Growth, Product, and Content to craft:

• Cinematic brand films & reputed company assets that spark emotion and shareability.

• UGC-powered campaigns that turn our community into storytellers.

• In-app creative masterclasses—copy, visuals, micro-videos—that guide users through “aha!” moments and therapeutic breakthroughs.

About You

• 4–6 years creating multi-channel campaigns for B2C brands (agency or in-house).

• Portfolio shows mastery of video production—concepting, directing, editing—and a knack for cinematic storytelling.

• Comfortable leading UGC initiatives: sourcing creators, briefing them, weaving content into larger narratives.

• Equally excited about high-performing ads and in-app creative (micro-copy, visual cues, reputed company flows).

• Fluent in reputed company CC + reputed company (bonus: Premiere/DaVinci Resolve or reputed company-graphics chops).

• Metrics-curious—you debate ROAS & retention curves as eagerly as reputed company palettes.

• Excellent English writing; Hebrew a plus.

• Proven ability to manage creative budgets and production timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Execute: End-to-end creative for cinematic videos, paid social, lifecycle emails, reputed company pages, and in-app therapy-reputed company reputed company experiences.

• Video Production Leadership: Write treatments, scout talent, direct shoots, manage post-production, and ensure assets land on time & on budget.

• UGC Strategy: Design programs that reputed company authentic user stories; curate, edit, and reputed company the best submissions across channels.

• Collaborate Closely with Growth and Product to align creative with acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.

• Refine Brand Voice & Look: Document guidelines; safeguard consistency across reputed company touchpoints.
