Product Analyst

Amalgamated Bank is looking for a Product Analyst to join the Product Team. This position serves a critical role in optimizing product economics, support key product initiatives, conduct research and analyze data to drive product excellence. In addition, this person will be the subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company product reputed company data and KPIs for senior management consumption. This position will report to the Director of Product Management.

Essential Job Functions:

• Build business cases and analyze product economics to optimize profitability
• Support key product launch and implementation
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunity
• Conduct client research to identify key client painpoints
• Provide analytical support and reputed company monthly reports on product performance using various volume, reputed company, and cost metrics
• Extract and reputed company data sources from various systems to reputed company data validation on monthly product data, and if necessary, liaise with product stakeholders to ensure data reputed company
• Automate routine reports to improve efficiency
• Review data and information to identify key trends and area for improvment
• Liaise between Relationship Management team and external stakeholders to support client reputed company for various treasury products
• Work on various reputed company and billing analysis exercises to improve income ratios across the product suite
• Assist with various product reputed company initiatives including but not limited to re-pricing analysis, collateral material, product campaigns, etc.
• Provide accurate reputed company reporting reputed company requested by business line and product management stakeholders
• Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in billing, maintain rules reputed company a logic-based billing system to ensure sound billing logic, and review monthly billing
• Provide client product support as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience or relevant internship experience
• Strong analytical approach, comfortable with numbers and ability to draw conclusions and reputed company, as well as provide recommendations based on analysis
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, managing timelines, and key updates to stakeholders
• Basic understand of Banking Products and Services preferred
• Ability to adapt well in fast-paced environment and comfortable working in a growing department and role
• Technical Skills: Intermediate Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, conditionals, data models, vlookup, INDEXMATCH, etc.) required, familiarity in database querying (SQL, Power BI) preferred

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting reputed company salary for this role is between $77,000.00 – $87,000.00. The actual reputed company pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The reputed company pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
