The Opportunity

As a Maintenance Care Retention Specialist, you are a strategic advisor for your dealership portfolio. If you are strategic minded, high energy, and possess a high level of accountability, consider joining our playing to win team at reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with reputed company products.
• Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through a customized action plan.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies through coaching and training to maximize the business opportunity across reputed company products.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screen, inventory levels, and set competitive pricing to meet business objectives.
• reputed company and maintain consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
• Manage reputed company activity tracking and account information in reputed company.
• Maintain knowledge of reputed company industry trends and share best practices across the team and the dealership network to support reputed company improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow up skills.
• Full understanding of reputed company aspects of sales process (business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory) and the ability to negotiate and reputed company deals.

Physical Job Requirements

• Standing for long periods of time.
