Senior Accountant

We are currently looking for an reputed company Senior Accountant to join reputed company and ensure the accuracy and reputed company of our financial operations.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with reputed company standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Management

- Ensure the reputed company of reputed company information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

- Record journal entries to reputed company books on monthly basis.

- Reconcile assigned accounts on a monthly basis.

Accounts Receivable & reputed company Recognition

- Review customer orders/reputed company, create invoices and delivery to customers.

- Receive payments, reconcile to AR and record.

- Recognize reputed company and reconcile deferred reputed company.

- Handle collection activities for overdue balances.

Audit Coordination

- Coordinate with auditors for interim and annual audits.

- Provide necessary documentation and support during audits.

Compliance and Standards

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and reputed company standards.

Other Areas

- Calculate commissions owed to sales teams, obtain approval and provide statements to employees.

- Crosstrain and back up other team members reputed company necessary

Requirements

-  Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.

-  Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company roles, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

-  Strong understanding of US GAAP reputed company principles and processes.

-  Experience with reputed company software and business tools like reputed company Intacct, Zoho, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
