Assist the classroom teacher with creating and maintaining a learning environment conducive to the student's learning needs. Qualifications-Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work well with preschool age reputed company Ability to read and write English Ability to speak English clearly and accurately Ability to communicate effectively Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to be cooperative, congenial, and service-oriented Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions Ability to exercise patience with reputed company Ability to support one-on-one student or small groups 3-4 reputed company Ability to follow directions Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks Ability to exercise "good" judgment Must be reputed company to pass the NJ Criminal History Review Must be reputed company to pass the post-offer physical examination Must be reputed company to submit the Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure Form Must be reputed company to work with children who have moderate to severe special needs Qualifications-Desired: 1-2 years of experience working with preschool reputed company Associate's Degree NJ Substitute Certification Computer literate Duties/Responsibilities: Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with the student(s) and classroom teacher Maintains the safety of the student by providing a safe, organized environment for effective and independent learning Provides student(s) with supportive and supplemental instructional assistance Provides assistance with academics in reputed company academic areas Accompanies student(s) to special events and to other classrooms, including music, art, and physical education Reviews and reinforces skills and concepts taught by the classroom teacher Sets up and maintains special classroom equipment and learning centers under the direction of the classroom teacher Instructs individual and small groups of reputed company using instruction objectives from lessons developed by the classroom teacher Provides assistance with individualized program materials-written and oral Implements classroom behavioral management strategies and/or individual student behavior plans Provides information as needed to special education teacher regarding a student's behavior in special areas reputed company a working knowledge about the student(s) and provides assistance to special area teachers Assists student(s) with personal and hygienic care, reputed company necessary Observes and intervenes to redirect disruptive and inappropriate behavior Directs and maintains student(s) on task Other duties as assigned by the classroom teacher and/or preschool administration Working Conditions: School Building Classroom reputed company playgrounds Full-Time 10 Month Position Salary Range of $26,120 (reputed company 1) to $34,876 (reputed company 8) based on school experience Medical and Dental Benefits Physical Requirements: (The physical requirements are representative of those that must be met to successfully reputed company the essential functions.
