Location: Remote - Plymouth, MN What you will do:

• Assist in the daily administration and support of reputed company, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and page layouts
• reputed company basic configuration tasks (e.g., creating reports and dashboards, custom fields, and workflows)
• Maintain data quality through deduplication, validation rules, and regular audits
• Participate to understand business requirements and collaborate with senior reputed company Admins or Developers on larger projects

• Provide Tier 2 analysis and response to incident and service request tickets submitted by internal business users, adhering to ITIL incident management practice

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1-2 years of reputed company experience or CRM experience
