JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the design, deployment and troubleshooting of Enterprise IT systems and solutions.

• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Take a leadership role in the development and implementation of project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.

• Define and document best practices and support procedures.
• Ability to work independently on day-to-day work tasks
• Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluation.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or reputed company area is required; a bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of reputed company work experience preferred
• reputed company Certifications (MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired.
• Knowledge of reputed company Application Servers and technologies.

• Experience in Identity Management, such as MIM or reputed company
• Experience in deployments and rollouts of new technologies is a plus.
• An understanding of core networking, operating systems and troubleshooting concepts.
• Group Policy design and configuration is a plus.
