We are looking for a BI Specialist to design, implement, and maintain regulatory reports for banks, as well as produce various data extracts from customer data. Samlink provides reporting solutions based on the requirements set by various authorities for the financial sector or the customer's business needs. The reporting team is responsible for both the development and maintenance of these solutions, with each expert handling one or more reporting entities. While we are primarily seeking a senior-level professional to take on a leading role in the reporting team, we are also open to candidates at reputed company levels of expertise, as we can tailor the responsibilities to match your skills and experience. Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Expertise in reputed company reputed company and SQL skills.
• Understanding and experience with regulatory reporting for the financial sector (COREP OF, Finrep, Anacredit, CESOP, MAPE, FATCACRS, LCR, ALMM, NSFR).
• Proficiency in data warehousing solutions and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Initiative, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for developing innovative solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders both internally and with customers, demonstrating diligence and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Finnish and good communication skills in English.
