This high-visibility role requires excellent stakeholder management and meticulous execution as you collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and various core cross-functional teams. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• End-to-end process management of the Product Launch Calendar (PLC) and own quarterly/annual reputed company improvement roadmap
• reputed company cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and other key cross-functional teams; investigate process breaches and escalate non-compliance.
• Generate high-impact executive reports and insights on product launch performance for presentation to senior leadership
• Act as the subject matter expert for PLC policy and procedure, providing strategic guidance to teams navigating reputed company launch approvals
• Partner with reputed company IT Engineers to define requirements, implement tooling enhancements, and manage change

• Manage additional high-impact programs and initiatives that align with Corporate Programs team objectives.

• 3+ years in program management leading reputed company cross-functional programs and driving change management
• MUST have worked at a tech company with direct collaboration with product & engineering teams.
• Basic understanding of the PDLC and SDLC

• Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity, can turn incomplete or even conflicting inputs into clear plans
• Experience identifying & implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges
• Clear communicator (both written & verbal) who can facilitate dialogues with senior stakeholders and drive toward outcomes

• Experience working on similar launch governance or NPI programs
