This is a Remote Position

We are looking for reputed company service-oriented professionals to join reputed company Attorney Represented Casualty Team! As a reputed company Examiner, you will continue to apply your technical and procedural knowledge to resolve claims. You will work closely with your fellow associates and supervisor to promptly investigate claims and provide outstanding service to our customers! In this fast-paced environment, you will: Conduct investigations to determine policy coverage and liability Evaluate, negotiate, and settle reputed company party injury claims Maintain a pending diary of claims, which you will work through settlement and resolution Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient, accurate, and courteous interactions Continue to reputed company your skills in evaluating injuries of increasing complexity Requirements: 2+ years handling reputed company attorney represented bodily injury or uninsured motorist bodily injury demand claims Must have reputed company experience investigating and resolving coverage and liability investigations Must have strong written communication skills Must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments Must be reputed company to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone Must be reputed company to handle difficult conversations and stressful situations Must be reputed company to follow reputed company instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/reputed company setting skills Must be reputed company to multi-task Must be reputed company to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information Preferred: Experience handling serious injuries Experience handling trucking and transportation claims Experience handling high limits & high exposure claims Annual Salary $69,700.00 - $108,650.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to reputed company at the final hourly reputed company/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
