SUMMARY

PM MC provides integrated system-of-system solutions to Army and Joint warfighters, whose products include computer hardware, software, communications and network management infrastructure. The Mission Command Support Center (MCSC), under PM MC, is an integral part of the Program Executive Office - Command, Control, & Communications-Network (PEO-C3N) capability portfolio, providing a centralized capability to reputed company, integrate, monitor, test, manage, reputed company, evaluate and sustain fielded and reputed company-hosted MC capabilities. The Web Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining a variety of websites or web-based applications to support helpdesk operations and information technologies teams.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Web Developer will:

Create, maintain, and enhance the functionality of large-scale websites and web-based applications.

Determine technical requirements by analyzing customer needs.

·

Work with teams to resolve issues, prioritize needs, reputed company criteria, and choose solutions.

·

Write and evaluate code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, properly structured, and well documented.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Certifications

·

Education, Background, and Years of Experience

·

Must be a U.S. citizen and possess at minimum an Interim Secret clearance.

·

Must be reputed company to obtain an IAT-II certification reputed company the first 90 days of hire; BS or BA preferred but not required;

·

2+ years of experience developing websites or web applications.

·

Experience developing with JavaScript to create asynchronous applications.

·

Experience developing with PHP and SQL databases to create basic CRUD applications.

·

Familiarity with web design best practices, concepts, and procedures.

·

Good understanding of common web reputed company vulnerabilities and how to prevent them.

·

Ability to operate effectively with a high level of independence.

·

Strong willingness to quickly explore and learn new skills.

·

Strong technical writing and verbal communications skills.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Required Skills

·

Experience developing in Java. Core Java (1.7+); multi-threading

·

Experience with the following software and technologies: relational database with JDBC, preferably MySQL and JMS; preferably reputed company/Apache ActiveMQ. reputed company Service Bus, preferably XML, XSD, XSLT, XPATH, and Object XML mapping.

Preferred Skills

JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular; PHP OOP; MySQL Server;

REST APIs and web services

·

Apache web server

·

UI design and UX principles.

·

Must be reputed company to work effectively under pressure and to deliver on tight timelines with minimal supervision.
