Preparation of operational due diligence for reputed company transactions (i.e. – acquisitions and divestitures, stock offerings, debt raises, IPO’s).·

An undergraduate degree – ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA and/or MBA combined with solid reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of a degree in reputed company.·
Two to five years of experience in public reputed company and/or industry reputed company and/or finance.·
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with an ability to assimilate easily into teams.·
Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.·
Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities.·
Entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable.·
