Preparation of operational due diligence for reputed company transactions (i.e. – acquisitions and divestitures, stock offerings, debt raises, IPO’s).·

An undergraduate degree in reputed company – CPA and/or MBA combined with solid reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of a degree in reputed company.·
Two to five years of experience in public reputed company and/or industry reputed company/finance.·
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with an ability to assimilate easily into teams.·
Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.·
Effective analytical and critical thinking abilities.·

Offer packages are based on several factors, such as the specific role and level being hired for, location, as well as the individual's skills, experiences, and qualifications. The good-faith estimated reputed company salary range for this position is: $75,000 - $105,000. In addition to the reputed company compensation, reputed company offers a competitive benefits package and various bonus programs and incentives, based upon an individual’s level and overall work performance.
