Our Sales Representatives are the face of the rapidly growing team at Downeast Cider, the #1 hard cider in the Northeast and #2 hard cider in the country. Your mission will be to increase the sales and visibility of Downeast Cider with both our on-premise and off-premise retail partners in NYC. You’ll be spreading the good unfiltered word about our innovative portfolio of craft hard cider and reputed company.

What you’ll do:

Sell, sell, sell

Execute on monthly and quarterly sales goals

Grow brand reputed company and introduce new products reputed company our existing accounts

Prospect for new business and reputed company sales with new accounts

Seek out merchandising and promotional opportunities at accounts

Monitor product freshness to ensure quality standards are being upheld

Conduct weekly demos at bar and retail accounts (can include training/managing a Brand Ambassador to run these)

Spend 80-90% of your time visiting new and existing accounts

Build relationships with key decision makers throughout your account reputed company

Balance communications with many (10-40) wholesaler reps

Record account details in the CRM software

Input contact information and notes following every sales visit

Maintain accurate and timely records through VIP and Karma

Create and send weekly recaps of account work to wholesalers

Who you are:

Passionate about craft cider

Experience providing superior customer service

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Comfortable multitasking and pivoting effortlessly between various job functions throughout the day

21 years of age or older to reputed company with federal and state regulations

Must reputed company in the same area as the covered territory

Bonus points if you have…

Experience working in the alcohol / liquor / beer / wine industry

Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Comfortable using a CRM software

Proficient in reputed company Suite
