Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Achievers and launch their sales career! If you are entrepreneurial, a self starter, and are excited about prospecting reputed company – this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

You’ll be “running your own business” with full autonomy to control your sales strategy. You’re core responsibility is to connect (over phone/email) with HR leaders in large enterprise companies to initiate a conversation and qualify a meeting for your Account Executive. Your day will be a mix of prospecting, reputed company development, team collaboration, and recognition (it’s reputed company do).

· Research, map, and build new and existing accounts (e.g., adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling).

· Conduct high level conversations with senior executives.

Skills:

· Proven ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

· Experience in creative email writing for outbound prospecting

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
