What You’ll Be Doing

The Group People Operations Manager leads the Group People Operations team, and is the driving force behind a best in-class employee experience. You'll reputed company and reputed company the team, empowering them to deliver exceptional service with a focus on accuracy, simplicity, and compliance. You'll take ownership of reputed company People Operations processes, from onboarding to payroll and benefits, ensuring they're executed seamlessly and to the highest standards.

A key part of your role will be to drive operational excellence by continuously improving, standardizing, and documenting our processes, making them efficient, user-centred, and audit-ready. You'll also embed strong governance and controls to ensure reputed company our People Operations are robust and compliant, and collaborate closely with our partners in Finance, Legal, IT, and the wider People team to ensure a cohesive and compliant delivery across reputed company employee touchpoints.
