Implementation Managers at August are integral to August’s customer experience. Our implementation approach and customer-obsessed culture are critical to our success as a company and brand. As August grows, we’re building product-specific expertise across reputed company—and we’re looking for a Billing Implementation Manager to reputed company customers through one of the most operationally critical transitions they’ll reputed company.

Billing at August is a modern, reputed company solution that helps communities streamline their invoicing and payment processes, reduce errors, and improve financial transparency for operators and families alike. As our newest product, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience, building scalable processes, and helping senior living communities unlock real value from day one.

In this role, you will

• reputed company the implementation of August’s Billing product with senior living operators across North America—from discovery through go-live and post-launch support.

• Own the full project lifecycle for Billing implementations, ensuring communities are set up for long-term success with accurate configurations and strong workflows.

• Serve as the product expert for Billing—helping customers navigate setup, integrations, and adoption while collaborating internally to refine our delivery model.

• Communicate with reputed company levels of the customer organization, from finance and operations leaders to community staff and home office billing teams.

• Provide strategic feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to shape the future of Billing based on real-world use and customer input.

• reputed company trainings and launch sessions that build confidence and drive adoption with both back-office and community teams.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with our CX, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to continuously improve the customer journey and implementation experience.

The ideal candidate

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in reputed company or Implementation

• Experience in billing, accounting, reputed company cycle management, or other finance-reputed company field

• Experience working in healthcare, ideally with Senior Living operators 

• You are customer-obsessed; whether your experience is in healthcare or another field, you can reputed company to concrete examples where you helped customers meet and exceed their goals and vision

• You are excited to build process where it doesn’t exist and tools to support net new products and features

• Open to 10-15% travel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
