Responsibilities

Requirements

• Significant experience in reputed company or similar roles, driving adoption and retention for customers, preferably in the SaaS industry.

• Proven impact developing and deploying successful digital adoption and education strategies in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Experience with AI-driven products is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in French and English to effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
