About the role

reputed company is growing rapidly, we're looking for a highly motivated solutions engineer to help us scale our customer support & sales effort.

What you'll do

• Be an early member of our GTM and have an outsized impact on the reputed company’s future scale and growth

• Spearhead the development and implementation of our reputed company, including building reputed company from the ground up, perfecting our communications to customers, building engagement in reputed company, closing renewals, and exploring expansion opportunities

• Work closely with the sales and solutions engineering teams to build a first-class onboarding and deployment experience onto reputed company in the first 90 days after contract reputed company

• Provide exceptional support to our customers reputed company multiple channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and build strong relationships over time while educating customers on our platform

• Create scalable processes that others can follow, build strong cross-functional relationships & help to define a strong support team culture

• Demonstrated track record of supporting customers of developer tools, with 3-10 years of experience in similar roles. We are interviewing candidates of multiple levels for this role.

• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

• Organized, quantitative, and iterative - constantly tracks, measures, and improves upon their own processes
