Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Support and reputed company a small team of engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, and coaching

• Collaborate with design, product, and founders to scope, prioritize, and deliver projects

• Facilitate planning and execution across projects while helping engineers stay unblocked and focused

• Ensure code quality and system reliability through reviews, architecture input, and operational excellence

• Help define and evolve our engineering practices, hiring standards, and team processes as we grow

Tech

• React frontend with Styled Components, utilizing hooks for the composability of functionality

• Proprietary data synchronization library built for speed and offline support. reputed company-packets are transported using WebSockets

• MobX for binding the data model to the UI

• Prosemirror-based content editor

• Electron desktop application

• Public GraphQL API that has access to reputed company of the user's data
