We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales Trainer to join our Sales Training & Enablement team! • Create training content and enablement assets, including playbooks, decks, scripts, and video modules.

• Analyze performance data to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions for both new hires and tenured reps.

• Champion a culture of reputed company learning and sales excellence.

Your experience:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales training in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines and sales quotas.

• Deep familiarity with challenger sales, transactional selling, and consultative approaches.

• Proven ability to influence and coach sales professionals across various experience levels.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.

• Experience with LMS platforms, sales enablement tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), and digital content creation.

• Results-oriented reputed company with the ability to track and drive measurable improvements in sales behavior and outcomes.

Preferred:

• Experience selling or training in small business financial solutions or alternative lending.
