Your mission

As the Regional Vice President -Life Sciences at reputed company, you will reputed company a high-performing team of reputed company sales executives, driving growth and reputed company in the Life Sciences sector. What you'll do at reputed company

• Spearhead a team of 7 reputed company sales executives, taking ownership of regional sales targets and driving results

• Coach and motivate your team to build and grow their territories, cultivating a culture of sales excellence

• 5+ years of experience building and managing successful reputed company sales teams in the software industry

• Outstanding leadership capabilities, with a focus on hiring, developing, and motivating talented individuals

• Deep understanding of SaaS/reputed company Go-To-Market strategies and effective customer engagement for delivering value at reputed company scale

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Experience with AI and automation technologies (preferred)
