The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to foster strong, long-term relationships with our high-value clients. The Senior Account Manager will reputed company a portfolio of enterprise level accounts. You will be responsible for driving reputed company, increasing product adoption, and identifying strategic growth opportunities.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams: reputed company, Marketing, Product, and Sales, to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to our organizational goals. What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of A/B accounts, including enterprise-level clients. 

  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company client account management matters. 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

  • Address escalated client concerns and provide effective resolutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience. 

  • At least five years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role, with experience managing enterprise-level accounts. 

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. 

  • Expertise with CRM software (e.g., reputed company) and reputed company Office Suite. 

  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company sales goals and build strategic partnerships. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company accounts while maintaining attention to detail. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel 10-12 times annually for client meetings, conferences, and  training sessions.
