Responsibilities

Leadership: reputed company and mentor the client servicing team, fostering a culture of excellence and reputed company improvement.

Client Strategy: reputed company and implement client service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and reputed company business objectives.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the client servicing team, providing feedback and development opportunities.

Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growthReporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction, team performance, and business outcomes to senior management.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or escalations promptly and effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Budget Management: Manage the budget for the client servicing department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Requirement

Experience: Extensive experience in client servicing, account management, or a reputed company role, with a proven track record of leadership. Preferably 4-6 years of experience required.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.

Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results.

Technology: Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)Attitude: Client-focused, results-driven, and a team player.
