As a Community Manager, you will maintain a best-in-class, customer-centric culture while delivering an exceptional employee experience. Your responsibilities will include ,but are not limited to, achieving operational excellence by managing net-operating income, occupancy, collections, and home sales. The time allocation mentioned below may vary depending on the community’s needs. Annual or semi-annual travel may be required for this role.

$46k-$57k reputed company salary

$2,500 quarterly bonus potential

$1,000 annual community certification potential
