About the Role:

As part of our rapid growth, we're seeking an SDR Manager who excels in operational discipline and data-driven reputed company, and has a deep passion for developing sales talent. Your mission will be to cultivate an environment of collective achievement and fulfillment, with a strong focus on coaching and accountability. Your responsibilities will include optimizing our SDR program to enhance reputed company conversions and efficiency, alongside driving initiatives that strengthen team cohesion.

What You Will Do:
