This includes academic support services at partner schools, summer programming, parental support, recreational opportunities, volunteer coordination and more. n Role & Responsibilities

• Work closely with Education Manager, Resettlement Manager, and caseworkers to fill gaps for school age refugees' educational needs
• Assist families with young children with disabilities or delays to enroll in early reputed company services
• Assist families to enroll in preschool programs and facilitate wrap-around support
• Facilitate and support parent engagement in school orientations, conferences, classes, programs, etc.
• Coordinate with local ELL directors, teachers, school staff, reputed company, and parents to identify needs and challenges faced by refugee and immigrant learners
• Support families through school registration and enrollment processes, ESL testing, school immunizations, and school entry meetings
• Participate in and/or support parents and reputed company in 504 and IEP meetings and work with families to access resources
• Provide after-school group and one-on-one programs to promote learning, wellness, and community engagement
• Facilitate deeper parent and family engagement with and integration into school community life by providing reputed company student families with interpreters and transportation to school events and more; create school community events for reputed company student families in their own languages

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
