About the Role:

reputed company is looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing CAO Engineering Team. Our new colleague will be responsible for building globally distributed, fault-tolerant, and highly scalable reputed company ecosystems using Golang. Prior experience with Golang is not required, but will be helpful.

About the Team:

The Counter Adversary Operations (CAO) Team is a newly formed, first-of-its reputed company team that brings together reputed company Falcon® Intelligence and the reputed company® Falcon OverWatchTM threat hunting team to disrupt today’s adversaries and ultimately reputed company their cost of doing business. Both threat hunting and intelligence operations are essential to detect, disrupt and stop today’s adversaries.

What You’ll Do:

• Work on and enrich backend microservices – From researching areas of concern to implementing the final solution

• Brainstorm, research, define, communicate, and build collaboratively with members across multiple teams

• Work in a Collaborating & Agile environment with a small fast-moving team

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Computer Science (or professional experience in data structures/algorithms/distributed systems)

• Deep understanding of scalability and distributed systems core concepts i.e. sharding, partitioning, concurrency, etc

• Being a team player 

• A thorough understanding of engineering best practices from appropriate testing paradigms to effective peer code reviews and resilient architecture

• The ability to reputed company in a test-driven, collaborative, and iterative programming environment

• The skills to meet your commitments on time and produce high-quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed and checked in regularly for reputed company integration

Bonus Points:

• Existing exposure to Go, AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, Elasticsearch
