Principal Software Engineer – Model Training/OpenShift AI

The reputed company OpenShift AI team is looking for a Principal Software Engineer with Kubernetes and MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) experience to join our rapidly growing engineering team. What you will do
Architect and reputed company the implementation of new features and solutions for OpenShift AI
reputed company in the MLOps domain by contributing meaningfully to upstream communities such as Ray and Kubeflow

Ensure non-functional requirements including reputed company, resiliency, and maintainability are met
Use CI/CD best practices to deliver solutions as productization efforts into OpenShift AI

Communicate effectively to stakeholders and team members to ensure proper visibility of development efforts

Mentor, influence, and coach a distributed team of engineers
What you will bring
Advanced experience developing applications in Go
Advanced experience developing applications in Python
Advanced experience developing applications in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other reputed company-native technologies
Ability to quickly learn and guide others on using new tools and technologies
Proven ability to reputed company and a passion for staying at the forefront of technology.
Experience with distributed systems (especially those that run on Kubernetes) and troubleshooting them
Autonomous work ethic, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

While a Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a reputed company discipline is valued, we prioritize practical experience and technical prowess

Experience working with or deploying MLOps platforms
Experience with pipelines tools such as Argo or Tekton
Familiarity or experience with the MLOps lifecycle, with an emphasis on model training

Experience writing DSLs in Python or other languages
