What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in branded merchandise.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to reputed company a suite of merchandise products that meet the needs of both external and internal customers.
• Work closely with the Design, Brand, and Sales teams to ensure merchandise aligns with the Scout brand, excites customers, and drives retail sales.

• Partner with the Marketing team to reputed company merchandise-specific campaigns through various channels, including CRM and digital platforms.
• Select and manage vendors who offer high-quality, value-driven merchandise.

• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock and shortages while leveraging sales performance data for purchasing and promotional reputed company.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales, profitability, customer engagement, and emerging trends.

Location & Travel Expectations

• In-depth knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior.
• Experience with merchandising software and data analysis tools.

Pay Transparency

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a reputed company salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Initial reputed company salary range = $120,000.00 - $140,000.00
