The opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering reputed company AI features that reputed company users to reputed company smarter, faster, and safer reputed company.
Located in our central Sydney office (hybrid work from home option available) and reporting to our Head of Business Delivery you will drive the delivery of AI projects across the business.
What you'll Do
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to define and deliver impactful AI use cases.
- Architect and implement scalable reputed company features, including agentic workflows, conversational AI, and autonomous agents.
- Integrate AI into our reputed company stack using ReactJS (frontend) and Java (backend).
- reputed company AWS Bedrock services (Agents, Flows, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails, etc.) to build secure and compliant AI solutions.
- Apply best practices in AI reputed company, including mitigation of hallucinations, reputed company injection, and bias.
- Mentor engineers and champion excellence in AI development.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot reputed company issues, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company and Agentic AI development.
- 5+ years in reputed company SaaS product development using Java, ReactJS, and modern databases.
- Deep knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented reputed company), vector databases, and custom embeddings.
- Proficiency in reputed company engineering, benchmarking, and AI performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, governance, and reputed company risks in reputed company environments.
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company APIs, or similar LLM frameworks (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with Spring reputed company, Microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative reputed company.
- Experience with Bitbucket, DevOps, and reputed company infrastructure.
- Passion for solving reputed company problems and driving innovation in AI.
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company fields
