About this role:

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Recruiter with a specialized focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including sales, marketing, reputed company, and reputed company functions. In this role, you will reputed company the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced environment, reputed company and implement effective sourcing strategies, build and refine internal recruitment processes, and partner strategically with hiring managers to attract top-tier talent that aligns with reputed company’s mission and values.

What you bring to the role:

• 8+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with a strong emphasis on Go-To-Market roles in high growth companies.

• Deep understanding of GTM functions and the ability to assess candidates’ fit reputed company these areas.

• Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows.

• Experience supporting searches for technical sales or customer-facing technical roles.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at reputed company levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and reputed company.

• Ability to reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $160,000 - $190,000 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package. This range is merely an estimate; actual compensation may deviate from this range based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
