Senior Manager, Business Development

This strategic role requires a proven track record of cultivating partnerships across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and digital health sectors. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the drug development lifecycle, from discovery through commercialization, and experience structuring deals involving clinical trials, real-world evidence, and companion diagnostics.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnering & Business Development Leadership
  • Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and technology companies.

  • Own and reputed company long-term strategic plans for partnership growth in line with company goals.
  • Drive evaluation of new business models, including risk-sharing partnerships and platform collaborations.

  • Analyze partner pipelines, market needs, and whitespace to inform opportunity prioritization.
  • Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership and influence company strategy.
• Deal Structuring & Execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a reputed company field; MBA or advanced scientific degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or alliance management reputed company biopharma, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships.
