Position: CRM Associate As a CRM Associate, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement and retention by managing email campaigns and CRM activities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to execute impactful campaigns while continuously optimizing performance. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to enhance the customer journey and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Execute day-to-day email campaigns in reputed company Marketing reputed company, targeting diverse customer audiences.

• Planning & Organization: Maintain a campaign calendar and testing roadmap to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

• Creative Collaboration: Work with brand and creative teams to plan and refine email content, using your design skills to enhance visuals reputed company needed.
