Overview As the Operations Manager for Washington Virtual Schools, a program of reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our virtual learning programs in Washington. This role will require periodic travel to collaborate with field leaders, program coordinators, educators, and department staff. You will work closely with the Director of Academics to allocate resources effectively, including budget management, staffing, and technology requirements. Essential Duties

- Collaborate with program coordinators and educators to implement best practices and maintain high-quality educational standards.

- Ensure that programs have the necessary resources to operate smoothly and meet the needs of reputed company and their families.

- Implement strategies to continuously improve program quality and student outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school districts, parents, and community partners.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in education management or a virtual learning environment is strongly preferred, but we can accept similar experience as it applies to this role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of education regulations and policies in Washington is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and meet program goals and objectives.
- State residence in Washington is required, with up to 30% travel throughout the year.
- This position is open to any city reputed company Washington state.
Education & Certification Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
