What will you do at MMDSmart?
- Communicate with customers and help solve their problems and concerns;
- Report issues to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, developers;
- Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process, and receive feedback from the client and neighboring teams.
Requirements
You are a perfect match if you have:
- Proficiency in Spanish (Upper-Intermediate level);
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level);
- reputed company under pressure;
- Familiarity with reputed company Office and reputed company Docs;
- A keen appetite for learning and self-improvement;
- Experience in a Customer Support field will be an added advantage;
- Working schedule Mon-Fri 1pm - 9pm (EEST), schedule during training period will be different;
