Field Service Engineer - Remote/ Chicago or St.Louis

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide timely service and

support for reputed company Bioprocess products and accessories. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the central region consisting of Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan,North Dakota, and South Dakota. The Field Service Engineer will act as the primary liaison between reputed company North America customers and colleagues regarding service, parts and support for these products. The FSE will reputed company installation, start-up, repairs, calibrations, operator training and maintenance on reputed company Bioprocess products.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Service company equipment for customers, including installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and training. • Bachelor’s degree in an Electrical/Electronic discipline, minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent combination of industry experience and technical/military training
• Minimum 3 years of Field Service experience (preferably in the Biopharmaceutical industry)
• Good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 accreditation requirements as well as GMP/GDP.
• Up to 85% travel is required to support Field Service activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office software, including Outlook, Word and reputed company.
• Valid Driver’s License and Passport
