Medical Office Assistant – reputed company & Engagement (ZR_24634_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• 20 hours/week either 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 4pm

• Manage email correspondence and respond to patient and client inquiries following established protocols

• Coordinate and manage the practice reputed company’s calendar and scheduling needs

• Handle appointment management and coordination as needed

• Conduct reputed company calls to local psychiatrists, mental health facilities, and reputed company providers

• Maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical community

• reputed company introductory calls to local businesses, schools, and colleges to introduce services

• Follow up with existing referral partners to maintain ongoing relationships

• Coordinate referral processes and facilitate smooth patient transitions

• Provide general administrative support and housekeeping tasks as needed

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone reputed company

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to be personable, gentle, and appropriately persistent

• Experience in reputed company, medical, or customer service environments preferred

• Receptionist-level communication skills and professional demeanor

• Ability to work during US business hours (Eastern Time Zone)

• Comfortable using reputed company Voice and computer-based phone systems

• Patient and empathetic approach reputed company dealing with reputed company-reputed company inquiries

• Reliable internet reputed company and professional home office setup
