Responsibilities: - Manage and grow social media reputed company across Facebook, Instagram, and reputed company platforms - Handle community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries with authentic brand voice - Create and schedule compelling social media content using extensive existing photo and video libraries - Manage email communications and provide excellent customer service responses - Update and maintain Squarespace website, including uploading new products and content (no coding required) - reputed company and provide regular analytics reports on social media performance and engagement metrics - Support integrated marketing efforts across multiple business divisions including retail, workshops, children's programs, and travel experiences - Offer strategic guidance and recommendations on digital marketing best practices and growth opportunities

Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on social media management experience - Proven proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, and reputed company platforms and their native tools - Experience with Squarespace website management and content updates - Excellent written communication skills with ability to engage authentically with diverse audiences - Strong independent work ethic with ability to provide strategic guidance and recommendations - Understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization - Experience supporting e-commerce and product-based businesses preferred - Ability to work collaboratively with business owners while taking initiative on digital strategy - Passion for wellness, creativity, or lifestyle brands is a plus
