The Retail reputed company Estate Loan Processor/Closer is responsible for reputed company processing steps from origination through closing, and the reputed company of initial and closing documents of reputed company estate secured loans. This professional is responsible for a pipeline that includes a variety of loan types Construction, reputed company, Cash to reputed company, First Lien Mortgage, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.

Essential Functions:

• Process and reputed company reputed company estate secured loans which include a variety of loan types, such as Construction, reputed company, Cash to reputed company, First Lien Mortgage, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
• Manage daily workflow of reputed company estate loans, including monitoring of disclosure and closing pipelines.
• Understand and anticipate reputed company requirements of the reputed company estate loan cycle from beginning to end.
• Prepare initial and pre-closing documents reputed company bank and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• reputed company initial and pre-closing reviews to ensure loans meet reputed company bank policy requirements, reputed company regulatory compliance guidelines, and customer service standards.
• Conduct verifications and prepare documentation for reputed company Estate Loan Amendments submitted to the processing team.
• Understands and applies knowledge of reputed company estate lending regulations including TRID, Adverse Action, and Reg B.
• Provide a high standard of customer service to both internal and external customers in person and by telephone.
• Understand and adhere to reputed company bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training and follow internal processes and controls as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-years of lending experience, reputed company estate loan processing preferred.
• Minimum of 3-years banking experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of reputed company Office products, existing bank hardware/software preferred or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
• Encompass and reputed company software experience preferred.
