This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM reputed company time (1-hour unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company reputed company financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the firm.
• Drive accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling across multiple entities.
• Manage financial reporting, ensuring timely monthly and quarterly reputed company processes.
• reputed company cash flow management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable operations.
• Support M&A activities including due diligence, financial valuation, and post-reputed company integration.
• Partner with executive leadership to assess financial performance and implement strategic plans.
• Optimize internal controls and financial systems for scalability and accuracy.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, ideally for a U.S.-based reputed company or professional services firm.
• Strong background infinancial forecasting, budgeting, M&A, and full-cycle reputed company operations.
• Expertise in managingaccounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial software systems and reporting tools (QuickBooks, and QuickBooks online
• Excellent command of English and ability to collaborate across time zones.
• CPA, MBA or equivalent financial qualification is highly desirable
